The below are the few features highlighted,

A. Visitor Management:

User (Resident) will be notified about their visitors/maids/drivers/guests at the main gate through mobile App notification, SMS and IVR. Based on their action security can allow or deny the entry. User can also add an expected Visitors and Vendors/Contractors to notify the guard at the gate.

User can get the complete attendance details of their visitors or workers associated.

B. Bus and cab notifications:

User can set notification alerts to get notified registered vehicle has reached the main gate.

C. Notices & Banners:

This section is used by the Admin to publish notices/circulars to part of users or defined groups. Banners of any advertisement can be published to the users to broadcast creative information about any events/Programs/Trainings and 3rd part posters. This can also be used as a revenue booster same as society notice board.

D. Society guidelines:

This feature allows you to group all the important/critical guidelines of the society. User can readily refer any of them when required instead digging all the previous notices or reaching facility office every time.

E. Multi flat options:

LittleOffice application allows users to add and switch multiple accounts in the same or different society.

F. Staff Management:

Add or delete staff working for your flat and get monthly attendance tracked

G. Parking manager with Vehicle Manager:

Add or update your vehicles at any time and help your security guard to identify your vehicles parked at the allotted slots.

H. Facility booking:

User can check the available slots and charges and can book any available facility as needed.

I. Complaints manager:

User can report an issue related to your society to the admin/facility team. Admin can assign the task to the concern and update the status accordingly.

J. Know my neighbour:

This feature helps the user to know about their neighbours and committee members in just a glance. Details like Name, FlatNo, and Occupancy details (Owner/Tenant). No personal details are shared.

K. Violations & Emergency contacts:

Admin can report violations by the user (Resident), impose penalties and can track repeat offenders. List of necessary contacts to the user can be listed and made available to the user during any emergencies.
